  4. Welcome back!!! Madam, your blog had given invaluable help to aspiring civil servants. That you had taken time off from your busy schedule for this altruistic initiative, makes us readers really grateful to you. Would you now be posting more on your job from now on? I hope you will also do some posts on giving tips and guidance for candidates.

  5. Hi Shubhra,
Thanks for taking the time out for blogging. Can you please tell us what is a work day like for an IAS Officer? What kinds of decisions are taken and how? Do you actually need to do your own calculations, type your own letters, e_mails, etc?
What kind of people do you meet both your Office people and visitors? Are there deadlines? Just curious to know.

    Rajeev Parashar.

  15. Mam,

Read your story while searching about IAS toppers. I must say that I am awestruck and inspired. I am a B.tech and also an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur with and I have started preparing for 2012. Needed some guidance from you. Would it possible for you to take some time out to talk, it would be of immense help.

Or, please provide your mail id so that I can ask my doubts.
